Macrina P. Lovina, MSc
I’m Macrina—a wellness consultant weaving together Ayurveda, clinical aromatherapy, and a life lived across two countries. I first fell in love with a small island in Thailand during the pandemic, when the island’s rhythm invited me to pause, reflect, and reimagine. I chose to stay, and redirect my path toward healing and study.
My work reflects my passions: nature, food, health, and wellness. I created this site to share practical, holistic ways to live well—eco-friendly, informed, and accessible to every generation. Born in the Philippines, I returned to my roots by establishing my practice in a place that feels like home. My journey blends graduate study in Ayurveda and Aromatherapy with enriching trainings in Yoga, Qigong, and Sound Therapy. I’ve explored bioresonance assessment and completed certificates in Ayurveda & Neuroscience, Emotional Resonance: How Emotions Manifest in Organs, among others. I also bring a diverse background, including a Diploma in French Cuisine and a Bachelor's in Geography.
Macrina is the founder of Ananda Jiva, where she serves as an Ayurveda Wellness Consultant and Aromatherapist. Holding an Master of Science in Ayurveda and Aromatherapy, her professional perspective is uniquely informed by a Bachelor’s in Geography and a Diploma in French Cuisine.
She utilizes this multidisciplinary background to create an integrative practice that bridges environmental harmony, therapeutic plant medicine, and culinary expertise. At Ananda Jiva, her mission is to restore the connection between nature and the individual through tailored wellness protocols. By combining clinical aromatherapy and Ayurvedic principles with refined culinary techniques, she offers a comprehensive approach to health that balances sustainable living with the art of nourishing cuisine.
